If you’ve always been interested in Astrology but would like to explore it beyond the horoscopes in the papers, this is for you. In this workshop you will be introduced to the 12 signs of the Zodiac, as well as the role of the Sun, Moon, and Mercury in the chart. You will learn what role they play in your psyche by taking the first steps in interpreting your own chart. Horoscopes will never be the same again. You will begin to understand that the magic of Astrology lies in its power to help you better understand yourself and develop your potential.

Workshop material
To introduce astrology as a tool for self development understanding and seeing one’s own potential.
Activities:
Address any general questions about Astrology and the way
it works.
Display a chart and discuss its various parts to help
participants
start making sense of their own charts
Look at the Elements and Modalities of the 12 signs of the
Zodiac.
Tea break: 10 mins.
Look at the archetypes of the 12 signs of the Zodiac.
Participants
will consider the Sun in their charts and how
true they are to the archetype of their Sun’s sign.
The group will feed back their findings discussing how
what they
read fitted in or didn’t with their own
experiences.
Look at the symbolic meaning of the Sun in the chart and
the part
of the psyche which it represents.
Lunch break: 40 mins.
A look at the Moon in the chart and the part of the psyche
which it represents. Participants will find the Moon in their
charts. They will
be given information about their Moon
and the opportunity to discuss their experience of the Moon
in their charts.
A look at Mercury in the chart, the mythology and the part
of the
psyche which it represents. Participants will have the
opportunity to
have a go at interpreting Mercury’s placing
in their charts.
Conclusion
Will tie in the various elements explored in the session and provide guidance on how to continue to build on what was learned on the day.
Outcomes
All will have a better understanding of what Astrology is and how it can be used as a tool for self discovery. All will know the different parts of an Astrological chart and feel that they can start on the road to interpretation.

Ana
Isabel is an Astrologer with over 10 years experience of producing charts and
delivering teaching programs on the subject.
For the last couple of years Ana has worked on various radio stations to help
promote a better understanding of Astrology. She has appeared regularly on
LBC with Peter Deeley’s and Caroline Faraday’s shows as well
as the Psychic Show, answering questions about Astrology and taking
listener’s calls for personal readings. This year, Ana has continued to work on
radio appearing regularly on BBC Radio Kent, BBCRadio Jersey,
BBC Radio Solent, BBCSouthern Counties Radio as well as
BBCSomerset Sound and BBC Radio Devon. She has also appeared
on BBC Radio London, and Radio 5 Live taking calls about
Astrology.
