Workshop material
The 'Heal Your
Life' workshop is based on the work of Louise Hay and has transformed the lives
of thousands of attendees worldwide.
Being part of the workshop is one of the
quickest ways of learning and experiencing the basic principle of how to begin
to love yourself. That is where it all begins. If you have experienced poor
health, bad relationships, unfulfilling work, feeling that there must be more to
life than this.
During the
"Heal Your Life" workshop you will take part in simple yet powerful exercises
such as inner child work, releasing anger in a safe environment, and learning
how to forgive and much more….
You can feel safe in the knowledge that there is
a friendly “professional” on hand to help you unlock the answers you seek and
also to explain and help you deal with certain issues that may arise for you.

"It has helped me to release negative feelings ie anger, disappointments,
guilt which has left more space for positive thoughts. I found the forgiveness
exercise particularly beneficial. I have also begun to have more faith in my
affirmations. " Gurmeet
"I had been unhappy for sometime…I kept a journal …things started happening
when I started visualisation and affirming positively. I started to attract
positive people and I created a new circle of people at work. Naz
"Realising that I never quite believed good things happen and stay good. I
am now optimistic. I now don’t blame anyone and know I can change things, not
wait for other people to do it. This course has made me a more positive person
which means people around me are more upbeat and optimistic." Hayley
