within

Full Day workshop
| Saturday 18th October | 10am - 5pm
Do you ever eat when you are not
hungry? Does the urge to binge overwhelm you? Have you ever started a lifestyle
program only to find yourself giving up at the last minute? Eating in response
to stress, boredom or 'just because you can' is an indication that people are
using food as a way to fill an emotional void that is being 'un-fulfilled'.
Using esoteric, NLP and Coaching principles this holistically focused workshop
is designed to address some of the most common issues related to emotional
eating, healthy lifestyle choices and what can be done about it.
