Workshop material

This workshop is ideal for those who have a little knowledge of Astrology or have participated in the Introductory Workshop. Through games, such as such as ‘Guess the Sign’ and others, knowledge of the 12 signs of the Zodiac will be consolidated. A look at the Moon through the 12 signs will deepen participants’ understanding of how to interpret the Moon in a chart. The roles of Venus and Mars in participants’ charts will also be explored. The aim is for all to have a better understanding of the role of the personal planets in their own charts and how these provide the building blocks for the personality.

Working Outline for Workshop Objectives:

To consolidate knowledge and understanding of the 12 signs of the Zodiac. To deepen the understanding of the Sun, and Moon in the Chart. To explore the roles of Mercury, Venus and Mars in the chart.

Activities:

Review the following terms: modality, elements.

Play a matching game to sort signs matching to symbols, element, modality and traits.

Play guess the sign.

Tea Break

bullet

Review symbolism behind the Sun, and Moon in the chart through presentations.

Look at the Moon through the signs.

Lunch Break

bullet

Focus on the role of Venus in the chart.

bullet

Focus on the role of Mars in the chart.

Conclusion

Will tie in the various elements explored in the session and provide guidance on how to continue to build on what was learned on the day.

Outcomes

All will feel more confident in their understanding of the symbolism behind the 12 signs of the Zodiac and the role played by the personal planets in their charts.

Ana Isabel

Ana Isabel is an Astrologer with over 10 years experience of producing charts and delivering teaching programs on the subject. 

For the last couple of years Ana has worked on various radio stations to help promote a better understanding of Astrology. She has appeared regularly on LBC with Peter Deeley’s and Caroline Faraday’s shows as well as the Psychic Show, answering questions about Astrology and taking listener’s calls for personal readings. This year, Ana has continued to work on radio appearing regularly on BBC Radio Kent, BBC Radio Jersey, BBC Radio Solent, BBC Southern Counties Radio as well as BBC Somerset Sound and BBC Radio Devon. She has also appeared on BBC Radio London, and Radio 5 Live taking calls about Astrology.
