A receipt of your purchase, given as an invoice, will be emailed to you very shortly by PayPal. Please check your junkmail
folders to see whether your email provider may have inadvertently sectioned your invoice as junk. If you do not receive an
email invoice (receipt) of your transaction, please contact LCS Admin and we will investigate for you.

If you have a PayPal account already, you may log in at Paypal.com/uk to view details of your transaction.

Please make sure you have inputted your CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER in your details form when you have paid - should any issue arise. If you have not, please email this to LCS in a separate email with the title of your course in the subject line.

LCS' Main Doors open during a window of: 20 minutes before the course begins till 5 minutes after the course designated start.

Please ensure that you arrive on time for your course as the session will begin on time. Students are allowed a maximum of 10 minutes for lateness, after which the Main Doors will shut. A facilitator will be available on the door to allow students in and to direct you to the designated room.

Please ensure that you know where you are going! Please view the map on the Contact Us page we have provided that outlines where the building is and what buzzer to press. For evening courses, a facilitator will be available by the door to show students in.

Please telephone LCS following your payment to arrange your session. LCS will find the best available time by communicating with the relevant therapist/intuitive and yourself.

All consultations are held at the college.

Please ARRIVE ON TIME. Please note that there are other bookings following your session and so your session can only
run within the time allocated.

For MP3 Downloads, you will have been given a link on completion of your purchase to download your lecture. Alternatively, if you have missed it, you will also be sent a link on your receipt email. Please download your file within 30 days, otherwise the link will expire.

For CDs & DVDs, please ensure you have entered your correct shipping address and cost. Your CD / DVD should arrive within 1-3 working days for the UK, and 7-10 working days for International.
