Writing and setting goals are
one of the most powerful ways to start creating our own reality. Yet, what we
are not often aware of, is how important it is to think about them and phrase
them accurately and devise a goal chart or statement.
One of the most effective
systems used to phrase goals and realise them is the Sedona method. Suzy will be
talking about some of the methods used, particularly on how to release the
obstacles set by the unconscious part of mind.
She will open up a discussion on
how we can attract what we want into our lives by simply having the right
attitude – that is fundamentally being clear of the goal and then being able to
let it go, being in a ‘hootless place’ not attached to it; it will be fine if
it happens or not.
Simple tips on how to make a
goal statement such as creating it in the present, making it realistic, clear
and simple and eliminating words like ‘want’, which equates to a feeling of
lack, are all extremely essential in manifesting the goals into your worldly
experience.
We all now recognise the power
of visualisation in manifesting our desires in life. However, we have many
conflicting thoughts and feelings about each goal we set, ‘As you think, so is
your world’. Once we learn to identify them, and then most powerful of all to
release on them, we eliminate the blocks. One of the biggest blocks is our past
experience and history about goals.
‘Have the desire.
Slip into the gap.
Let go of the outcome and let
the universe handle the details’ Deepak Chopra
