Karen’s interactive lecture will be exploring the evolving connection between other dimensions of existence and the earth plane…

We are alive at a fascinating time in human history. The ‘veil between the worlds’ is being drawn aside like curtains. Daily interaction with the no-longer-invisible realms of Spirit will soon become the norm.

The isolation of life as we perceive it to be is an illusion. Whether we are conscious of it or not, there are many dimensions of existence overlapping and permeating the world as we know it. ‘It’ is part of us and we are part of ‘it’. Every one of us – whatever nation, race, religion or belief – has spirit helpers that guide us on our journey through life.

Spirit allies are interdimensional beings who are very much alive, often (but not always) living in an alternative dimension to our everyday existence. These realms are not heavenward – they exist all around us. We are all able, consciously and subconsciously, to tune into these frequencies.

Karen will be discussing a myriad of ways to acknowledge this presence and interaction of Spirit in our lives, exploring the many approaches to communication with Spirit.

Working with Spirit is different for everyone – a personal relationship that reveals itself in a unique way. Living a life awake and alert to the gentle nudges from our spirit allies can enrich our lives, enabling us to reach our full potential and stretch our capabilities beyond what we thought were ever possible.

Guides come in all shapes and sizes: animals and pets can be ‘angels in disguise’… they are with you for a reason. As multi-dimensional beings, we can be our own guides as well as being guides to other people. You may be guided by ancestors or relatives (it may come as a surprise to learn that they are exactly the same as they were before they passed over – no halo or wings!), or by those from the high spiritual realms of Light or angelic spheres. Some people work with Star Beings. Others, particularly in the shamanic tradition, have spirit animals as allies. The elemental spirits of nature can also be guides, as can Earth itself… this beautiful planet has a spirit, too.

Finally, Karen will answer questions from the audience. There will be the opportunity for people to buy signed copies of her book and to find out more about Soul Companions gatherings, bringing together some of the wisdom keepers featured in her book for a series of weekend workshops.

Karen Sawyer

Karen is an artist and musician and author of: ‘Soul Companions: Conversations with Contemporary Wisdom Keepers – A Collection of Encounters with Spirit’. An established freelance journalist in the mind/body/spirit sector, Karen spent two years of her life speaking with 45 of the world’s renowned shaman, seers, visionaries and sages on their experiences with Spirit in other dimensional realities. These include the renowned teachers Sandra Ingerman, The Barefoot Doctor, R.J Stewart, Robert Moss, Simon Buxton, Denise Linn, Leo Rutherford and William Bloom as well as an Eskimo-Kalaallit Elder from Greenland, a Sami shaman, a member of the Cheyenne River Lakota Nation of South Dakota, an Aboriginal Jewish shaman, an Egyptian Sufi, an Icelandic Druid, a 'Cunningman' of the Glenshire witches in Scotland, and many others.

These profound teachings and wisdom have been a catalyst for Karen, whose own experiences with other realms began in her teens… One night as she was drifting off to sleep, she opened her eyes and saw several small silvery-white orbs, dancing and zipping around one another. They suddenly took off, disappearing through the wall! A few years later, she saw a large red orb bobbing around on the Black Mountain in Wales – it split into two, danced around and merged into one again. To this day, these orbs of light continue to appear in her life… 

Karen sees herself as a bridge – offering access to resources and information to inspire others on their journey. By writing from fresh and esoteric perspectives, her gift of seeing and articulating what's beneath the surface awakens others to the intrinsic magic of our world and what is truly possible.
