Like to help out some kids?
LCS is working with a children's hospital to
organise a day event, where Reiki healers can offer their healing services to
children in the terminal disease department.
Please see LCS guidelines
regarding LCS policy of non-interference.
We are using Reiki because it is certified, if you practice a different style
of energetic healing and it is also certified please contact

Reiki 4 Aged
This is an event where practitioners will visit an elderly home, in association
with Help the Aged, give those without homes some contact through energetic
healing as well as offering them food and drink
Soul - Mates
This is an event for volunteers from all ages, backgrounds, experiences to come
together and offer their listening skills - something we're all capable of - to
those that need company. This is not a counselling or therapy event, it is a
befriending event for people to connect with one another and experience the
company of others. Please see LCS Guidelines for non-interference policy.

Mike Emery's Healing Circle
Physicist Mike Emery will lead workshop members on a healing circle, revealing
through science and experiential work a unique method in creating a vibrational
shift amongst participants and generating a force within the room that can then
be used for positive change.

The God Particle: Is Science the new religion
As a part
of the event Flatlanders - a two-screen video installation by
JoWonder will simultaneously
depicting
the rise and fall of Icarus creating a paradoxical interpretation of
extreme science and religion.
The
work incorporates
sound recordings of
scientists at work at CERN*cleverly synchronised to the beat of Icarus’ wings.
We are
celebrating and also questioning the momentous event of the Particle physics
experiment at CERN, where they are trying to re create the conditions that where
there at the beginning of the universe.

The recording made of
this event will be webcast across 10 South Eastern European countries. This
will be integrated into the development of Jo’s artwork examining the
relationship between, science, art and religion.
