active meditations from Osho are designed to bring a new quality of ease to our
busy, pressured lifestyle. Osho Active Meditations are the synergy of movement
and meditation and offer an accessible approach to quietening the mind via the
use of specific movements, such as shaking, breathing, jumping, dancing and
whirling.
What happens?
These weekly
active meditations from Osho, the 20th Century Enlightened Indian Mystic, are
designed to bring a new quality of ease to our busy, pressured lifestyle. Osho
Active Meditations are the synergy of movement and meditation and offer an
accessible approach to quietening the mind via the use of specific movements,
which include shaking, breathing, jumping, dancing and whirling. As with all
meditation, the aim is to allow the mind to be quiet and access the deeper parts
of yourself.
You will
experience a diverse range of powerful Osho Active Meditations including
his two Powerful Methods for Awakening:
Dynamic Meditation
and
Kundalini
Meditation; plus
Nadabrahma Meditation,
No Dimensions
Meditation,
Mandala Meditation and others.
Each week
there will be a 1-hour meditation which will be fully explained, and there will
be an opportunity for sharing. These weekly meditations are an ideal
introduction for the beginner and will also allow the more experienced meditator
to go deeper.
Loose, light
clothing is recommended.
Your first
session is FREE.
Some of these meditations require physical effort and so you should be in good
physical health before attempting them. If in doubt please consult a doctor
prior to attending.
