How has your year been so far? Feeling shaky? Having cycles that don't seem to end? Sudden shifts in mood? Welcome to 2008. There are many now who are experiencing dramatic ups and downs of emotional highs and lows. However, let us remember that life is about the up and down - it is something we all forget as we strive to be "happy".

As always, going with the process instead of holding onto them is the surest path to transforming your denser energies. So, instead of the instinctual fearful reaction to cling on, remember to let go, to surrender, to allow all things as they are. The stillness, the peace, comes from allowing and allowing the emotions to flow. In this moment, remember that everyone is with you on your journey.

Staying in Alignment in the 21st Century

In these important times, many "messengers" of the light are working hard to assist with the shifting of consciousness, teaching, healing, sharing with others, and many are working silently in all parts of the world, energetically carrying out planetary healing, to heal mother earth and all who reside there. Now is the time that there needs to be a shift in consciousness, so that there can be a vibrational shift on the planet, this is more important than we know.

The more that the population is aligned with source, the catalyst of change can occur. Like a falling pack of cards this will transfer healing, transformations, calm and peace, transmuting suspicion and distrust that exists between people and countries.
