Happy New
Year! Hopefully you took the time out this holiday to
give yourself the space you need. One week is never
enough, however - hopefully you'll join us in one of our
future campaigns to push for a four day working week! We
have a fantastic year ahead of us, with so much
happening at the College - all revealing just how people
around the world are coming together for the joint
purpose of exploration - of both the inner world and the
outer world. The spiritual movement, which I would say
includes the psychological, political, scientific and
holistic, amongst others, is growing into an
incredibly powerful one - where compassionate
individuals are awakening to their individual power, to
their calling - to create a world of peace and harmony
for themselves and others. Step into your Light this
year and answer your own calling. What is it you desire?
What is it that fires you up? What is it you care about
in the world? Embrace this Light, feel it within you,
then shine it to others. Have a spiritually
prosperous

Sound has been used for centuries for healing and
meditative practice, sound healing can take many forms.
Everything in the universe is in a constant state of
vibration, and everything in existence emits sound.
Vibration consists of sound, molecules and atoms. Within
the body our cells holds intelligence and information
about ourselves, we all have our unique soul vibration .
The state of good health is where cells and organs are
vibrating in resonance. When they are vibrating out of
harmony, this causes a discourse. Sound can go some way
to freeing cell memory, letting go of emotions and

| Tibet - How We Can

In 1950, Tibet was invaded by Chinese Communist
forces and remains an occupied country to this day.
Since the invasion, the Chinese occupation has
resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of
Tibetans. Today, hundreds of Tibetan political prisoners
are held in jails where, according to the UN Special
Rapporteur, Dr Manfred Nowak, torture is
'widespread'.
This information is rarely made public in the
west, as China maintains a high level of control over
images, film and testimony coming out of Tibet. The
result is that the Chinese are able to paint a picture
of an autonomous, economically prosperous and
progressive Tibet where its people have been 'liberated'
from their backward lives. In
fact, the basic freedoms of speech, religion and
assembly are strictly limited in Tibet, and arbitrary

It is the Angels greatest honour to help us
follow our life's purpose and bring our dreams into
reality.
The Angels wish us to be happy in all aspects of
our lives and this includes our work and career. I have had many
clients who have been incredibly unhappy in their day to
day work and feel that something is greatly missing from
their life.
They don't see a way out as the job they have
offers security.
This is something which is close to my heart to
and I can recount a number of years feeling miserable in
my office job. One
day out of nowhere an Angel very clearly, loudly and
boldly shouted in my ear 'What are you doing?' I looked round
the office expecting everyone else to have heard this
loud shout, only to see everyone continuing to
type. The
Angels had spoken, but it took me a number of years to

The news last summer was that the
government was looking into ways to make us happier. As
the BBC programme "The Happiness Formula" in May 2006
showed, happiness levels in Britain are falling. In fact the
proportion of people saying they are very happy has
fallen from 52% in1957 to just 36% today, despite huge
increases in income. You will no doubt be well aware of
the statistics that show increasingly serious levels of
stress being experienced by people. So the news about
happiness levels is unlikely to be a surprise.

| Our Creative
Soul |

The soul
is the source from which all our artistic and creative
natures spring. The same can be said of all
intuitive/spiritual abilities.
Some very
fortunate people can access these abilities as simply as
the majority of us can turn on a water tap. For the
remainder however it varies between having to raise
their bucket from a very deep well to in some cases
having to sink a new shaft digging through many layers
in order to reach that, which will quench their
thirst.
When we
are children we all have this soul light burning within
us, then one of two things happens either the flame
grows as the child is encouraged to make use of their
"gifts" or the flame is diminished when a parent or
guardian tells them to stop 'telling stories" or
"wasting time" if they are trying to make use of their
creativity or seeing spirit
people.
The final
nails get driven into the creative/intuitive coffin
during school days, either through peer pressures or
through the rise of the human ego and the self critic.
Which means we are constantly judging ourselves against
others and always deciding that we are an "also ran" in
the creativity league. If the flame has not been
completely extinguished by this point, we then encounter
the mundane needs of human life such as work, family
commitments, keeping a roof over our head
etc.
If all
this sounds familiar, how then can we remove these "man
made' barriers between us and our soul energy so that
the dying embers of our intuitive/creative nature can be
refreshed and the flames burn bright once more. The
answer is very simple, but for some people it might be
very difficult to achieve. That might seem to be a
contradiction, but the solution to the "adult" problem,
is to view the world through the eyes of a child, to
"see" the wonder of nature, to stop making judgements
about what we do creatively, just take enjoyment in
being creative.
Listen to the silence and your voices
within, follow your gut instinct, don't let your logical
mind create barriers to your intuition, this too will
feed your soul flame and build a happier, healthier more
balanced you.

| LCS Seeking
Volunteers |
LCS is seeking
volunteers to help out facilitating on courses and
workshops. If you have a few hours free you can offer
towards the college we would be most grateful. Of course
all volunteers would obtain free seats on the courses
and workshops they facilitate on
We are
also seeking Reiki practitioners who would like to offer
their services for free to the underprivileged -
homeless, children, aged.
