What is spirituality? Why are so many people in the West turning more and more within? What is within? How is spirituality changing? How can spirituality help me?

This course is a beginners introduction to spirituality, exploring the incredible arena that is spirituality. Letting go of conditioned perceptions of what is spiritual and embracing ancient and emerging truths, students are introduced to a journey that can change their lives forever - the journey within.

Paul has a unique approach to spirituality. After experiencing life from an atheist perspective, Paul found himself increasingly drawn to life's mysteries. Through world travelling, meeting others and reading a plethora of spiritual books, Paul allowed himself to have a beautiful spiritual awakening. He now uses his unique experience of 'both' worlds to help bridge the gap.
