Greetings from Mexico! Its been six weeks since we have connected with the group, and our love, passion for all of you, London, the ever expanding consciousness and awakening in all of you is only growing. We'd like to give you an update as we get back into the driving seat and contact with all of you, offering you the gems of our experiences and simply sharing what we have learned in the hope that you can take something from this to add to your beautiful lives.
The past 6 weeks has taught us many, many things. Those who came to Mount Shasta, those who facilitated and who have travelled beyond, are well aware of the energy shifts that have been inundating the planet. Have you been riding the ever oscillating wave of ascension related energy. We are currently in a period of tremendous spiritual growth through reflection. Yes sounds very familiar, as with each of our shifts we move closer towards understanding ourselves on greater and deeper levels. The Universe is now pulling out all the stops, using everyone and everything around us to provide for reflective experience to bring out our deepest fears, pains and shadows...for the most beautiful purpose of all, to show each and every being on this planet that deep within is the most incredible, vibrant, shining, infinite source of creation...waiting to be expressed. You are discovering You.
What I have learned over this past 6 weeks is observing how on an individual level we are shifting at insanely accelerated rates, and on a collective level we are connecting on levels we have never experienced before. It is the collective level that I want to bring attention to because it speaks volumes on how we can flow into this new paradigm with greater ease and grace.

The past 6 weeks has taught us many, many things. The Mount Shasta experience has been a constant series of revelations. One of the most profound for me was seeing how 44 individuals who did not know one another could come together and experience deep bonds, bliss and love between one another within such a short space of time. Sometimes no words are even needed.
As you may read from our Shasta update, individuals became One with a group experience. It was deeply moving to witness and be part of this, and also deeply educational on the movement we are now flowing towards - Unity Consciousness. This phrase is used a lot at the moment, and what was so enlightening for myself was to experience this phrase. It is a state of being beyond words, that encompasses the whole, enriches the whole, and simultaneously empowers every individual within it. It is a place of creation.
As you may read from our Shasta update, individuals became One with a group experience. Myself and Simon Sutton began the journey by meeting the participants at San Francisco airport, picking up our Monster Minibuses and driving on the other side of the road for 6 hours straight. It was an initiation that would mark the beginning of the whole week. And for myself and Simon, revealing to us how being both facilitators and minibus drivers would allow us to open up to an even greater experience as we got to know the group deeper and literally took them through their journey. For myself, showing how holding a group in such a way can bring out such strong paternal or maternal aspects out of ourselves.
One of the first things we did with the group was to read out a beautiful poem written by Adm'A that was read out by Carly, with music in the background by Damian, Simon emanating heart vibes, Pedro filming, Clare beaming, Yantara musically humming and cosmic Aang materialising into form. It was a poem that touched the hearts of all in the room and was a symbol of what the whole week would be about - One Heart. Watching the video reminded me of how deep within every individual is a timeless heart that beats together in unison with the hearts of all. We are here to remember our deep connection to our own Heart, which is intrinsically connected to the One Heart of all.

The week began with a blast, all facilitators coming together as all participants joined us by Lake Siskiyou, unsure of what they had signed themselves up for. As time went on, as you may read from Carly’s Magic Moments blog, there were many moments throughout the trip that magically emerged from pure nothingness. In other words, it was the heart vibration and complete surrender to everything around that actually allowed magic to occur, and then to be experienced.
What was shown to me from this beautiful trip was that individuals coming together, can open their hearts to one another in such a short time - revealing that deep down we all know we are already family. We have alot more photos and videos to post from the Magical Mount Shasta!
From the very beginning all facilitators were on a learning path just as the group were. Our learning was how to work with such diversity, in such an extremely energetic site, holding both the group’s fluctuating energies and our own. For Shasta leaves no one untouched! The beauty of Mount Shasta is that she is a portal of clarity, here to allow individuals to see themselves clearly. So whatever is blocking us, will be shown, played out and dynamically expressed through our reflections. One thing for sure, when we come together and share with one another, we realise that it is support that gets us through. Sharing with one another, and knowing that we dont have to do everything alone! This has been one of the biggest lessons of my journey so far
Where are you now? Are you sitting at your computer at work, or at home? Do you feel you are going through these shifts alone? You are never alone. Whatever you are going through is inextricably connected to everything and everyone around you. Your shifts are my shifts. We are shifting together. We are experiencing together. I show you your beautiful reflection, and you show me mine. Revel in your beauty. We are moving form judging what we see, to loving, honouring and admiring that we can even reflect anything! For our reflections are expressions of explorations. The Universe is exploring through you, and every choice, action and movement you make in existence is a new step for the Oneness to experience. That is a sacred concept in itself

Listen to Your Heart
Listen to your heart to yourself. Whilst travelling may seem to provide easier opportunities for self-reflection, in every day there is a potential for each one of us, no matter how busy our lives are, to find 5 minutes to spend with ourselves. The power of the intention of just spending 5 minutes with yourself, shouts out to the Universe that you are wanting to commit to yourself and find love within yourself. The Universe naturally responds.
What we are being asked to do right now is to listen to our hearts open, no matter what. No matter what experience you feel you are going through, no matter what the Universe seems to be throwing your way, there is one thing that will not only keep you through it, it will elevate your consciousness and experience to the levels you are seeking - and that is to listen to your heart open. How do we do this? The Universe is showing us each day through the manifestation of our thoughts, desires and feelings. When represented before us, we are in our own game, deciding which feels right. Learning acutely what our heart truly wants.
Trust, have faith, love your Self like you've never loved before. Trust that the Universe supports you. We have been learning hugely about trust out here! Out in Mexico, we arrived with $20 dollars and have had many times where we have the bare minimum to survive on whilst we surrender all forms of control to the Universe. Surrendering even our survival as we step into the unknown, knowing deeply that we are guided, somewhere! As you may read from Carly's blog, our magic moments are truly miraculous through the trust that we didnt even know was within us! - showing and confirming to us that the Universe truly will never leave any of us abandoned! There is no doubt in my mind that all of this is occurring so that, if we know it, we can all share it with others.
The next update will be from our experiences in Mexico which have been about serious grounding! Integrating the cosmic with the physical reality that we live in. Learning about transparency, communication, groundedness...being comfortable with our vulnerability...and activating our Light Bodies....Watch this space!
