The London College of Spirituality is a foundation of exploration, pioneering
the eternal frontier of consciousness.
This college is a gateway for new thought, bridging together
spirituality, psychology, philosophy, social
responsibility, politics, holism
and much more.
If you are new to spirituality or are an
experienced spiritual explorer, LCS has something to offer through its wide
range of introductory and advanced courses and workshops.
________________________________
LCS is open to people of all
backgrounds
and persuasions – those of faiths and religions and
those without. It is a place for anyone and everyone to join together in the
pursued interests of self-exploration and self-discovery.
LCS aims to show that spirituality is not
simply a faith or belief but a way of life – a path of open-mindedness,
compassion, exploration, co-creation, growth, happiness and learning.
Over time, our world has
become one that is full of distractions - fast-moving, high-pressured
jobs, lack of space for ourselves have led to epidemic stress levels.
Mind, the mental
health organisation, discovered in 2005 that one in five working people in the UK describe their
lives as "very" or "extremely stressful" - not to
mention those who are just stressed!
Consequently, the imbalance of
personal wellbeing has perpetuated our self-destructive behavioural
patterns - low self-esteem, loneliness, worthlessness, insecurities, lack of
direction, attachments (heavy drinking / eating / smoking, imbalanced relationships), the
list is endless.
Naturally, there has been a parallel increase in
the popularity of self-help books, material, therapy, meditation techniques,
creativity and self-exploration.
Why is this?
There is something within you -
that you can access - to bring you peace, wisdom and discovery. And
that is just the beginning.
Is there more to life than what you have
traditionally been taught?
Why are scientists, spiritualists and explorers
of consciousness around the world incredibly excited about where humanity is
heading? Join the millions around the world who are finding out just that.
If you have a few hours a week you can spare for a course or
workshop, or prefer a flexi-time for online courses, why not use those hours to explore how you can make a difference to
your life through self-discovery.
